Do you have an age restriction?
Our events are for guests aged 14 and up. If you’re under 18, please come with an adult aged 21 or over, and don’t forget their ID!
Do you have disabled access?
Yes, our venue has a no-step entry and accessible toilet facilities. Seating is limited, so if you have mobility needs, please get in touch with us before buying your ticket to make sure we can accommodate you. We do our best to make The Studio welcoming and inclusive for everyone—email us at info@thestudiohartlepool.co.uk with any questions.
Do you sell food?
Please note, we don’t offer food service, but we do have a limited variety of snacks available for purchase at the bar.
Can I vape?
We kindly ask that you don’t vape inside—our smoke alarms are very sensitive, and triggering them can cut the power and stop the band, spoiling the night for everyone! If you’d like to vape, please step outside and show your wristband to re-enter.
Do you have a cloakroom?
Yes, we’ve got you covered! Pop your coat, jacket, or large bag in our cloakroom for just £1 per item, and enjoy the show hands-free
Do you take card payments?
Pay your way! We accept both cash and card, so you can keep it simple and enjoy the show.
Do you have a bar?
Our bar has something for everyone! Grab a lager, cider, or beer, enjoy a wide selection of spirits and wines, or sip on soft drinks. We also stock a variety of 0% alcohol options, so everyone can join in the fun!
Where can I park?
Parking is easy! You can find on-street spots on Tower Street, or use one of the nearby paid car parks at the train station, just a 5-minute walk away
