About The Event
Presenting an evening of electronic/experimental post/rock from Hartlepool's own MACHINER https://www.facebook.com/machineruk
After only a couple of Teesside gigs this will be the big hometown debut show of machiner...the new band featuring Paul McCarte & Nick Crozier (Procession / demon summer) and Eddie Rees (demon summer) incorporating drum machines, synthesisers, samples and orchestration alongside big guitars to create textured dramatic songs.
Told with confessional lyrics, the stories unfold within multi-layered soundscapes; dark and emotional but still with silver linings shining brightly through the clouds.

Mayshe-Mayshe is the solo project of UK artist Alice Rowan. Her music blends dreamy art-pop with rich storytelling, skittering percussion and infectious melodies. Her deceptively simple songwriting - at once universal and deeply personal - incorporates choral vocals, vintage synths and the occasional hairdryer. Mayshe-Mayshe writes, records and produces her work from her home studio in Yorkshire.
Expect to be immersed in a room filled with flowing projections and wonderful music provided by DJ Brian Barnes (Lost in the Woods/PinDrop Events)
