About The Event

This exclusive northeast intimate event coincides with the 40th anniversary of the band’s iconic 1983 debut LP, 'The Crossing.' The album that catapulted the band to global stardom with classic singles such as 'Fields Of Fire,' 'Chance,' and the unforgettable 'In A Big Country' is set to be celebrated in style. These tracks went on to become worldwide hits, selling over 2 million copies and earning 'The Crossing' three prestigious Grammy nominations in the USA.

A Journey Back in Time

Formed in 1981 by guitar-playing founder members, Stuart Adamson and Bruce Watson, both proud natives of Dunfermline, Scotland, Big Country was driven by a shared vision of widescreen guitar melody, harmony, and lyrical storytelling. The classic Big Country sound was further enriched later that summer with the addition of drummer Mark Brzezicki and bass player Tony Butler.
